Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy worldwide, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
